I have Cool cuffs, wanted more but the supplier, Advantage Marketing says they can’t get them anymore. So I tried theirs with the push button. I don’t like them.

Yes, Ray, you can order from me. I invented the Cool Cuffs actually. And for your information, it is not true that they can’t get Cool Cuffs.
The truth is that all they would have to do is call or fax in an order like the other suppliers.
Fact is, they chose to make their own cuffs to be in competition with me. That was their choice. I’ll be glad to help you. – Joe
Our 2.5” hose is lifting the carpet off the floor. My guys have 17” arms say it’s “bien chignon.” We tossed the glides and get 15 minute dry times.

Ans. Hi Matt, there have been no changes that will effect the fit with your old Cool Cuffs, but yes, I beefed up the grab a little so you oughta get an extra year or two out of these latest CCs.

32yr veteran Ed Krutel went to all 2.5” Lil Better vac hose some 6 mths ago. He just called to order some things and he said ”..."going to 2 1/2” hose was the absolute best move I ever made for my business. At the time though, my son was doing all the wanding and he was totally against it. He said, what are you trying to do, kill me?” But now the son agrees, “it IS the best thing. We clean better and faster. I just hand the wand off to my Dad for some help wanding.” Ed continues, “...and we’ve been using Cool Cuffs for 7-8 yrs now. They work great so we’re sticking with them.”

I bought a new inline filter and then saw your upgraded system. I went to Interlink in Denver, Co today to buy the Cool Cuff 2" upgrade but they said they do not sell the parts for the conversion.
They just sell the completed units. Can I buy the parts directly from you to modify my new inline filter? Thanks in advance!!

I would also recommend, the COOL CUFFS.
IMHO, these are absolutely the best and proven out there in the market.
We have tested this product in plant, coupled/uncoupled...pounded on them with a hammer..put them in boiling water...with terrific results.

We only have cool cuffs here in the UK. they are a bit stiff when new but within a month they loosen up. could not work with out them.

I really had a hard time with interlinks cuffs, only way I could get em a part easily was to take my dremel and do some grinding. All the connectors on their shelves were hard to disconnect, said they needed to be broke in, yeah right. I went with Mytees and they seem to be okay, those little rubber o ring things disappeared the first day, guess you don't need em.

About time I replaced my Cool Cuffs but my local supplier only has a few on the shelf, replacing them with ... Who cares. I’m perfectly happy with my Cool Cuffs been using them for years, they’re on all my hoses, no reason to change.

... the flash cuffs are a complete piece of ***... they leak air if you dont glue them onto the hose, after 2 weeks of use, grit gets into the "push button part" and it takes two men to undo it, and the plastic is so brittle that if you drop it from more than 15 feet they crack, and after about two months, mine will barely push back together... this setup is a poor design... take it from someone who has 4 vortex's and runs them 8-10 hours a day... we still have some of your old cuffs on our trucks and they still work, just add a little tape over the threads and your back in business!!! The new ones you sent have given us zero trouble so far... Thanks!!!

I bought some flash cuffs for my 2.5" hose and my 2" hose. I used them on over 70 jobs. They never got easier to use. I rinsed them out and kept them clean (which I shouldn't have to do) and they actually got harder to use. Many times I had to have my employee help me to rip the damn things apart while we played tug o war in the custy's driveway. I purchased the new cool cuffs and they seal perfectly, and have yet to come apart. I think I’ve got about 50 jobs on the new cool cuffs. my old cool cuffs which were at least 3 years old did separate, however, that was the only problem. Joe at Wanders says that problem has been fixed.
